Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before registering or placing any bet on pw138. By accessing the platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to all provisions below.
Key Commitments
pw138 is available exclusively to residents of Indonesia who are at least 21 years of age. KYC verification enforces this requirement on every account before withdrawals are permitted.
All financial transactions are processed through verified Indonesian payment channels — BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja — under the conditions set out in Section 6.
Every promotional offer carries specific wagering requirements, validity windows, and maximum withdrawal caps. These are published in full on the promotion detail screen before you claim any offer.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your pw138 login credentials. The platform applies SSL encryption and optional 2FA, but cannot be held liable for access resulting from credential sharing.
Fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, multi-accounting, and the use of automated betting software are strictly prohibited. Violations result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of funds derived from the prohibited conduct.
pw138 operates under internationally recognised online gaming standards. These Terms are governed in accordance with the law applicable to the jurisdiction of the platform's licensing authority.

In these Terms, the following words and phrases carry the meanings set out below, unless the context expressly requires otherwise:

| "Balance" | The total real-money funds held in a Player's Account, including any qualifying bonus amounts subject to applicable wagering conditions. |
| "Bonus" | Any promotional credit, free spin, cashback, or reward granted by pw138 to a Player under terms specific to that promotion. |
| "KYC" | Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification process applied by pw138 to confirm a Player's identity, age, and eligibility before permitting withdrawals. |
| "WIB" | Western Indonesia Time (UTC+7), the time zone used as the default reference for support hours, draw schedules, and promotional validity windows on the Platform. |
| "Rupiah" / "IDR" / "Rp" | Indonesian Rupiah — the sole currency accepted for deposits, withdrawals, and balance display on pw138. |
Clause 02
By accessing the Platform, clicking the registration confirmation button, making a deposit, or placing a bet, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full and agree to be legally bound by them. Your continued use of the Platform after any amendment to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised version.
These Terms must be read in conjunction with the pw138 Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which forms part of the binding agreement between you and pw138.
Clause 03
To open and maintain an Account on pw138, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and for the duration of your use of the Platform:

Each Player may hold only one registered Account on pw138. Opening, operating, or having access to multiple Accounts — whether directly or through a third party — constitutes multi-accounting and is a material breach of these Terms. All duplicate Accounts will be closed and any associated balances forfeited.
You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration, including your full legal name as it appears on your government-issued ID, date of birth, Indonesian residential address, valid email address, and active mobile number. pw138 relies on this information for KYC verification and payment processing. Providing false information is a material breach of these Terms.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials (username and password). You must not share your login details with any third party. pw138 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your Account due to failure to maintain credential confidentiality. You must notify pw138 support immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your Account.
All Accounts on pw138 are denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). Currency conversion from other denominations is not offered. All deposit, withdrawal, and balance figures are displayed in Rupiah.
Clause 05
pw138 operates a mandatory KYC verification programme. Verification is required before your first withdrawal and may be requested at any time at pw138's discretion for security and compliance purposes.
At minimum, the following documents are required to complete KYC:
KYC submissions are reviewed within 1–24 hours of receipt during normal operating hours. Players will receive an in-platform notification and email upon approval or rejection. Rejections will include the specific reason and instructions for re-submission.
Withdrawal requests submitted before KYC verification is complete will be held in a pending state and processed once verification is approved. pw138 will not cancel a compliant withdrawal request solely due to a KYC pending status, provided verification is completed within 7 calendar days of the withdrawal request.
Clause 06
pw138 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through the following Indonesian payment channels: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. Payment methods are subject to change at pw138's discretion with reasonable notice.
The minimum deposit amount is Rp 25.000 for bank transfers and Rp 20.000 for e-wallet transactions, unless a specific promotional offer stipulates a higher minimum.
Deposits made via BCA and BRI during standard Indonesian banking hours are typically credited within 1–10 minutes. Deposits via other channels may take up to 30 minutes. pw138 does not charge platform-side deposit fees; your bank or e-wallet provider may apply standard interbank charges.
Withdrawal requests from verified Accounts are processed within the timeframes listed in the payment information section of the Platform. pw138 does not guarantee same-day processing for all withdrawal methods; bank-specific cut-off times and inter-bank settlement schedules may affect delivery time. Typical processing times: BCA and BRI transfers, under 15 minutes during peak WIB banking hours; other channels, up to 1–3 hours.
If a deposit is debited from your bank account or e-wallet but does not appear in your pw138 Balance within 60 minutes, you must contact support with your transaction reference number. pw138 will investigate and, where the payment is confirmed received, credit your Account without deduction.
Clause 07
All promotional offers on pw138 are subject to individual promotion terms displayed at the point of claim. General eligibility conditions include: one claim per Player per offer, minimum qualifying deposit where specified, and no active self-exclusion status. pw138 may exclude Players from specific promotions at its discretion.
Bonus funds and free-spin winnings are subject to wagering requirements before they become withdrawable. The wagering requirement for each offer is expressed as a multiplier of the bonus amount (e.g., "30×" means the bonus amount must be wagered thirty times in total). Wagering requirements and any applicable game contribution rates are stated in full on each promotion's detail screen.
All bonuses carry a validity period stated at the point of claim. Uncompleted wagering requirements that expire within the validity period result in the remaining bonus balance being removed from the Account. Real-money balances are unaffected.
pw138 monitors betting patterns for evidence of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: low-risk hedging strategies designed to complete wagering requirements without genuine risk, coordinated multi-account bonus stacking, and systematic exploitation of promotional mechanics. Accounts found engaging in bonus abuse will have the bonus and any associated winnings voided, and may be suspended.
Certain promotions carry a maximum withdrawable amount from bonus winnings. Where applicable, this limit is stated on the promotion detail screen. It does not affect real-money deposits or winnings derived from real-money bets.
Clause 08
All bets are final once confirmed. pw138 does not accept verbal, post-submission, or retroactive cancellation of placed bets. You are responsible for verifying all bet details — selection, stake, market type, and applicable odds — before confirming any wager.
Odds displayed on the Platform are subject to change until a bet is confirmed. pw138 operates voor bola (goal handicap / Asian Handicap) and mix parlay (accumulator) markets under internationally recognised market settlement rules. Specific market rules are accessible within the betting interface for each product category.
A bet may be declared void where: the event is cancelled, postponed, or abandoned without resumption within the time specified in the market rules; the bet was accepted in error due to a manifest technical or pricing error; or the event outcome is under official investigation for integrity concerns. Void bets are refunded at stake with no profit or loss to the Player.
pw138 applies maximum single-event payout limits by sport and market type. These limits are displayed in the platform's betting interface and terms. Winnings from any single bet ticket in excess of the applicable maximum will be paid at the maximum limit, not the calculated total.
Live (in-play) betting markets close or suspend during certain game moments at pw138's discretion. Bets cannot be placed during suspension windows. Once confirmed, live bets are subject to the same cancellation and void rules as pre-match bets.
Clause 09
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on pw138. Violation of any of the below constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balances where applicable, and may be reported to relevant authorities:
Clause 10
All content on the Platform — including but not limited to the pw138 brand name, logo, trademarks, website design, software, text, graphics, and game interfaces — is the exclusive intellectual property of pw138 or its licensed content providers. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only.
You must not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, transmit, modify, display, scrape, or create derivative works from any part of the Platform without the prior written consent of pw138. This prohibition includes systematic download of Platform content, framing, or embedding of Platform content on third-party websites.
Clause 11
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, pw138's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms, your Account, or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the lesser of: (a) the total amount deposited by you in the 30-day period preceding the event giving rise to the claim; or (b) Rp 5.000.000 (five million Rupiah).
pw138 shall not be liable, whether in contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise, for any of the following categories of loss:

pw138 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate any Account at any time and without prior notice where: (a) a breach of these Terms is suspected or confirmed; (b) Account activity raises fraud, money laundering, or security concerns; (c) a regulatory or law enforcement requirement applies; or (d) the account has remained inactive for more than 12 consecutive months.
Where an Account is terminated for reasons unrelated to breach (e.g., voluntary closure, inactivity), any verified real-money Balance will be returned to the Player's last registered payment method within 5–10 business days. Bonus balances and any winnings derived solely from bonus funds where wagering requirements are incomplete will not be included in the returned amount.
You may request voluntary Account closure at any time by contacting pw138 support. Closure requests from Players who have active self-exclusion status will be processed as permanent closures. All pending withdrawal requests will be processed before the Account is formally closed.
Clause 13
The collection, processing, storage, and use of your personal data by pw138 is governed by the pw138 Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an Account, you consent to the data practices described in the Privacy Policy, including the processing of your KYC documents for identity verification purposes.
pw138 does not sell your personal data to unaffiliated third parties. Data is shared with payment processors, KYC service providers, and fraud detection partners only to the extent necessary to operate the Platform and fulfil legal obligations.
Clause 14
pw138 is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices. The Platform provides the following tools to all registered Players: deposit limits (daily, weekly, monthly), loss limits, session time limits, reality-check reminders, temporary time-out periods, and permanent self-exclusion. These tools are accessible from within your Account settings at any time.
If you believe your gambling is causing harm to yourself or others, you should activate the self-exclusion tool immediately and contact our support team. You may also seek assistance from independent support organisations in Indonesia, including the national mental health helpline at 119 ext. 8.

Clause 15
pw138 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to Players via in-platform notification and/or email to the registered address at least 7 calendar days before the change takes effect, except where a shorter notice period is required by legal or regulatory obligation.
It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. The date of the most recent revision is displayed in the Table of Contents sidebar. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
Clause 16
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the law of the jurisdiction in which pw138 holds its operating licence. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms, or the breach, termination, or invalidity thereof, shall first be referred to pw138's customer support team for informal resolution.
If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within 30 calendar days of first submission to support, both parties agree to attempt resolution through a recognised online dispute resolution process before initiating formal legal proceedings. pw138's decision on disputed bets — including bet voiding, settlement adjustments, and account actions — is final and binding in the absence of manifest error.
